Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PIAS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,913 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PIAS1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MRPS10, ANP32A, and MORF4L1. Each is linked with PIAS1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIAS1-to-partner and partner-to-PIAS1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PIAS1 versus MRPS10 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.47.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PIAS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PIAS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
