Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PIAS1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,773 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PIAS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAP2K5, GABPB1-IT1, and RNASEH2B. Each is linked with PIAS1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIAS1-to-partner and partner-to-PIAS1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PIAS1 versus MAP2K5 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PIAS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PIAS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
