PIANP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PIANP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 987 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PIANP-associated genes across cancer lineages are ELOCP5, MIR7702, and CBLL2. Each is linked with PIANP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIANP-to-partner and partner-to-PIANP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ELOCP5 grouped by PIANP-low versus PIANP-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PIANP→partner) and Y-score (partner→PIANP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
