PIANP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PIANP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,486 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PIANP-associated genes across cancer lineages are C1QA, OR2AK2, and OR2L3. Each is linked with PIANP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIANP-to-partner and partner-to-PIANP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C1QA grouped by PIANP-low versus PIANP-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PIANP→partner) and Y-score (partner→PIANP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
