PI4KAP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PI4KAP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 24 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PI4KAP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZBTB8OSP1, RNA5SP389, and VTRNA1-1. Each is linked with PI4KAP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PI4KAP2-to-partner and partner-to-PI4KAP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZBTB8OSP1 grouped by PI4KAP2-low versus PI4KAP2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PI4KAP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PI4KAP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
