PI4KAP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PI4KAP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 42 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PI4KAP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR425, RNU6-642P, and KRTAP20-3. Each is linked with PI4KAP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PI4KAP1-to-partner and partner-to-PI4KAP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR425 grouped by PI4KAP1-low versus PI4KAP1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PI4KAP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PI4KAP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
