Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PI4KA Mutation is linked to patient survival in 11 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PI4KA data layer compared with 19 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher PI4KA Mutation is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PI4KA expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and SKCM show a favorable association.

UCEC, LUAD, and SKCM are the cancer types where PI4KA Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
