PI4KA

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PI4KA RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,550 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PI4KA-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RANBP1, HNRNPR, and TRMT2A. Each is linked with PI4KA in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PI4KA-to-partner and partner-to-PI4KA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PI4KA versus RANBP1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PI4KA→partner) and Y-score (partner→PI4KA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
