Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PI4KA protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 22,806 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PI4KA-associated proteins across cancer lineages are EFR3A, PI4KA_S256, and SBF1. Each is linked with PI4KA in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PI4KA-to-partner and partner-to-PI4KA results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PI4KA versus EFR3A in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.
protein abundance associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PI4KA→partner) and Y-score (partner→PI4KA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
