Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PI4KA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,780 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PI4KA-associated genes across cancer lineages are SF3A2, REEP5, and DOHH. Each is linked with PI4KA in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PI4KA-to-partner and partner-to-PI4KA results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SF3A2 grouped by PI4KA-low versus PI4KA-high in STAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PI4KA→partner) and Y-score (partner→PI4KA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
