PI4KA

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PI4KA RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,714 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PI4KA-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Symbiont-mediated disruption of host cellular anatomical structure, Symbiont-mediated disruption of host anatomical structure, and Cytosolic transport. Each is linked with PI4KA in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PI4KA-to-partner and partner-to-PI4KA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Symbiont-mediated disruption of host cellular anatomical structure grouped by PI4KA-low versus PI4KA-high in BREAST.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PI4KA→partner) and Y-score (partner→PI4KA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
