Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PHYHIP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,391 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PHYHIP-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR7E21P, UQCR10, and RPL23AP82. Each is linked with PHYHIP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHYHIP-to-partner and partner-to-PHYHIP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR7E21P grouped by PHYHIP-low versus PHYHIP-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PHYHIP→partner) and Y-score (partner→PHYHIP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
