PHYHD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PHYHD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 572 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PHYHD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP60, MIR4757, and RN7SKP143. Each is linked with PHYHD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHYHD1-to-partner and partner-to-PHYHD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP60 grouped by PHYHD1-low versus PHYHD1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PHYHD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PHYHD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
