Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PHYH Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PHYH data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher PHYH Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PHYH expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
CESC, COAD, and SKCM are the cancer types where PHYH Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
