PHYH

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PHYH RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,389 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PHYH-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ICAM3, PTPRC, and BDH2. Each is linked with PHYH in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHYH-to-partner and partner-to-PHYH results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PHYH versus ICAM3 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.28.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PHYH→partner) and Y-score (partner→PHYH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
