Across TCGA patient cohorts, PHYH protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,118 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PHYH-associated genes across cancer lineages are RIPOR2, DHTKD1, and PRDM1. Each is linked with PHYH in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHYH-to-partner and partner-to-PHYH results are reported.
