Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PHYH protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,273 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PHYH-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SCP2, BPHL, and LONP1. Each is linked with PHYH in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHYH-to-partner and partner-to-PHYH results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PHYH versus SCP2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.
protein abundance associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PHYH→partner) and Y-score (partner→PHYH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
