Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PHYH mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 825 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PHYH-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4510, CDT1, and REEP4. Each is linked with PHYH in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHYH-to-partner and partner-to-PHYH results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4510 grouped by PHYH-low versus PHYH-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PHYH→partner) and Y-score (partner→PHYH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
