PHTF1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PHTF1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,909 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PHTF1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PSMA5_S16, IFT140, and ARHGAP5. Each is linked with PHTF1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHTF1-to-partner and partner-to-PHTF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PHTF1 versus PSMA5_S16 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PHTF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PHTF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
