PHTF1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PHTF1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 162 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PHTF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FBXO7, STK4, and HM13. Each is linked with PHTF1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHTF1-to-partner and partner-to-PHTF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PHTF1 versus FBXO7 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.57.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PHTF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PHTF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
