PHTF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PHTF1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 8 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PHTF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Notch1, PRAS40_pT246, and IRS1. Each is linked with PHTF1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHTF1-to-partner and partner-to-PHTF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Notch1 grouped by PHTF1-low versus PHTF1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PHTF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PHTF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
