Across TCGA cell cohorts, PHTF1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,680 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PHTF1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of organelle assembly, Regulation of organelle assembly, and Negative regulation of post-translational protein modification. Each is linked with PHTF1 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHTF1-to-partner and partner-to-PHTF1 results are reported.
