PHTF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PHTF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 34 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PHTF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CST1, IGFL1, and H4C12. Each is linked with PHTF1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHTF1-to-partner and partner-to-PHTF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CST1 grouped by PHTF1-low versus PHTF1-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PHTF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PHTF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
