Across TCGA patient cohorts, PHOX2A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,986 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PHOX2A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of growth, Somatic motor neuron differentiation, and Negative regulation of cell growth. Each is linked with PHOX2A in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHOX2A-to-partner and partner-to-PHOX2A results are reported.
