PHOX2A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PHOX2A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 21 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PHOX2A-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR7E53P, OR5I1, and KRTAP9-8. Each is linked with PHOX2A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHOX2A-to-partner and partner-to-PHOX2A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR7E53P grouped by PHOX2A-low versus PHOX2A-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PHOX2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→PHOX2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
