Across TCGA cell cohorts, PHOX2A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,377 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PHOX2A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Golgi disassembly, Ribonucleoside triphosphate biosynthetic process, and Negative regulation of calcium ion export across plasma membrane. Each is linked with PHOX2A in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHOX2A-to-partner and partner-to-PHOX2A results are reported.
