Across TCGA patient cohorts, PHOSPHO2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,060 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PHOSPHO2-associated genes across cancer lineages are BLOC1S5, TBC1D30, and FAM189A1. Each is linked with PHOSPHO2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHOSPHO2-to-partner and partner-to-PHOSPHO2 results are reported.
