The most reproducible PHLPP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PRKAA2_S377, ARL2BP, and TMEM154. Each is linked with PHLPP2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHLPP2-to-partner and partner-to-PHLPP2 results are reported.
