Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PHLDB2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,629 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PHLDB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CALD1, FILIP1L, and COL5A2. Each is linked with PHLDB2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHLDB2-to-partner and partner-to-PHLDB2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PHLDB2 versus CALD1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PHLDB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PHLDB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
