Across TCGA cell cohorts, PHLDB2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,312 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PHLDB2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein activation cascade, Blood coagulation, fibrin clot formation, and Hemostasis. Each is linked with PHLDB2 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHLDB2-to-partner and partner-to-PHLDB2 results are reported.
