PHLDB1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PHLDB1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,024 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PHLDB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRAPPC4, SAAL1, and APBA1. Each is linked with PHLDB1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHLDB1-to-partner and partner-to-PHLDB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRAPPC4 grouped by PHLDB1-low versus PHLDB1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PHLDB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PHLDB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
