PHLDA3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PHLDA3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,618 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PHLDA3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PLEC, PLS3, and AHNAK. Each is linked with PHLDA3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHLDA3-to-partner and partner-to-PHLDA3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PHLDA3 versus PLEC in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PHLDA3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PHLDA3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
