PHLDA3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PHLDA3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,507 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PHLDA3-associated genes across cancer lineages are EDA2R, FGF1, and SSPN. Each is linked with PHLDA3 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHLDA3-to-partner and partner-to-PHLDA3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PHLDA3 versus EDA2R in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PHLDA3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PHLDA3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
