PHLDA3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PHLDA3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 55 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PHLDA3-associated genes across cancer lineages are IQCF5, NF1P10, and RNU6-751P. Each is linked with PHLDA3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHLDA3-to-partner and partner-to-PHLDA3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IQCF5 grouped by PHLDA3-low versus PHLDA3-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PHLDA3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PHLDA3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
