Across TCGA cell cohorts, PHLDA3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,203 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PHLDA3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cell-substrate junction organization, Regulation of cardiolipin metabolic process, and Cellular response to cell-matrix adhesion. Each is linked with PHLDA3 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHLDA3-to-partner and partner-to-PHLDA3 results are reported.
