PHLDA2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PHLDA2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,272 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PHLDA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are IER3, ANXA2, and TNFRSF12A. Each is linked with PHLDA2 in more than 31 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHLDA2-to-partner and partner-to-PHLDA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PHLDA2 versus IER3 in UCS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.65.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PHLDA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PHLDA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
