PHLDA2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PHLDA2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,159 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PHLDA2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PHLDA2_S42, COQ8A, and PSME3_S24. Each is linked with PHLDA2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHLDA2-to-partner and partner-to-PHLDA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PHLDA2 versus PHLDA2_S42 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.74.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PHLDA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PHLDA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
