PHLDA2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PHLDA2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,116 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PHLDA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRRG4, LAD1, and IL1RAP. Each is linked with PHLDA2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHLDA2-to-partner and partner-to-PHLDA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PHLDA2 versus PRRG4 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PHLDA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PHLDA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
