Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, PHLDA2 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 1,976 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PHLDA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are UGCG, TRPC4AP, and ABHD12. Each is linked with PHLDA2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHLDA2-to-partner and partner-to-PHLDA2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, UGCG grouped by PHLDA2-low versus PHLDA2-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PHLDA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PHLDA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
