Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PHLDA1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,155 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PHLDA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LY9, DUSP6, and TRIB2. Each is linked with PHLDA1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHLDA1-to-partner and partner-to-PHLDA1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PHLDA1 versus LY9 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.41.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PHLDA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PHLDA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
