PHKG2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PHKG2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,416 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PHKG2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PARN, UBFD1, and MZB1. Each is linked with PHKG2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHKG2-to-partner and partner-to-PHKG2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PHKG2 versus PARN in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PHKG2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PHKG2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
