The most reproducible PHKBP2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of double-strand break repair via homologous recombination, Negative regulation of DNA metabolic process, and Mismatch repair. Each is linked with PHKBP2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHKBP2-to-partner and partner-to-PHKBP2 results are reported.
