PHKA2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PHKA2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 57 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PHKA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEK1, mTOR_pS2448, and PDCD4. Each is linked with PHKA2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHKA2-to-partner and partner-to-PHKA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MEK1 grouped by PHKA2-low versus PHKA2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PHKA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PHKA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
