PHKA1P1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PHKA1P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,961 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PHKA1P1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are COPG1, FGGY, and STAG2. Each is linked with PHKA1P1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHKA1P1-to-partner and partner-to-PHKA1P1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PHKA1P1 versus COPG1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PHKA1P1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PHKA1P1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
