PHIP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PHIP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,435 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PHIP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GATAD2B, POGZ, and SCAF8. Each is linked with PHIP in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHIP-to-partner and partner-to-PHIP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PHIP versus GATAD2B in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PHIP→partner) and Y-score (partner→PHIP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
