Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PHIP protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,117 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PHIP-associated genes across cancer lineages are HMGN3-AS1, TCTE3, and HMGN3. Each is linked with PHIP in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHIP-to-partner and partner-to-PHIP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PHIP versus HMGN3-AS1 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PHIP→partner) and Y-score (partner→PHIP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
