Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PHIP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,043 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PHIP-associated genes across cancer lineages are BUB3, GPATCH3, and DNAJC9. Each is linked with PHIP in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHIP-to-partner and partner-to-PHIP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BUB3 grouped by PHIP-low versus PHIP-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PHIP→partner) and Y-score (partner→PHIP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
