Across TCGA patient cohorts, PHIP mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 62 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PHIP-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASNS, eEF2, and TIGAR. Each is linked with PHIP in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHIP-to-partner and partner-to-PHIP results are reported.
