Across TCGA cell cohorts, PHIP RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,287 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PHIP-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Centrosome cycle, Regulation of formation of translation preinitiation complex, and Negative regulation of formation of translation preinitiation complex. Each is linked with PHIP in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHIP-to-partner and partner-to-PHIP results are reported.
