Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, PHIP protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,089 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PHIP-associated genes across cancer lineages are LPCAT2, SLC37A2, and WNT10A. Each is linked with PHIP in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHIP-to-partner and partner-to-PHIP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PHIP versus LPCAT2 in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PHIP→partner) and Y-score (partner→PHIP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
